One day you just wake up feeling enlightened. You feel like a better person, growth l would say.I just turned 22 a few weeks back being jolted to the reality of growth in the process, had there been any significant changes for the better??

Growth is not only about going, it begins with coming home to yourself....

You get to look back at the old petty, callow and captious you and just be so glad you outgrew it all. You arrive at a place of reflection and reviewing...its humorous how priorities and opinions have changed.

Growth is fundamental to life, you can not  claim to be living without growing. It is an inherent part of being human. So is change. The only constant in our lives is change and with growth comes change. We evolve daily although its in our nature to be reluctant to change because we know it entailes a shift from our comfort zones.

....well as afraid as we might be of shifting from our comfort zone, growth and comfort do not coexist!!!

Unlike physical growth our intellectual growth , one of soul and character not only depends wanting to grow but also on you being an active participant, being ready to accept change.

" ...all growth depends upon activity. There is no development physically or intellectually without effort."

We so often read about change, write , think and draft plans on it.We talk about being the change we want to see,  being agents of change , speaking might be easy but we all cower away when it comes to implementing.

The amaizing thing about growth is that it does not descriminate against your failures or your successes it takes it all ,embraces all your actions from them moulding a lesson that can take you through another day. You might not have been the best version of yourself yesterday  but you still ought to respect who you were. Its been a long time coming but credit for who you are today goes to who you were , it is your yesterday that drives you into your today...its all just but a dominos effect.

The joy of life consists in the exercise of one's strengths, continual growth, constant change, the enjoyment of new experiences...to stop means its just a sad monotonous life for you.

Growth begins when we begin to accept our own weaknesses and shortcomings, when we stop pretending we have it all figured out, when we get rid of the mentality of 'thats just who l am'. When we stop pushing blame for where we are lacking and actually strategize on how to turn those weaknesses into strengths or rather how to live with them without them being a liability. We need to introduce a higher dimension of consciousness into our awareness of who we are and how we respond to any form of stimulus, any form of situation.

Growth is always painful and so is change, rather excrutiating, but one thing l know for certain is that pain can never be in equalibrium with the one of being stuck where you do not belong.Being stuck in mediocrity ,when you know you can be more. You would rather sweat and toil in the pain of trying to be better than regret  you could have been more.It is a continous struggle and effort to know more, understand more and be more....

....but never ever forget to find joy in the journey, don't wait to be better to be happy, its now or never!!!

The journey is never ending. There is always going to be growth, room for improvement, adversity. The biggest setback growth usually encounters is possessing a fixed mindset, this bug in most of us prohibits important skill development thus sabotaging our growth. We don't see ourselves at any other level other than the one we are on.

We can only find ourselves at a position  growth when we allow ourselves to change our mindsets, to have a certain level of flexibility, to be willing to learn.

Growth entailes a twisted tale of where you have been, what you have been through, the paths you have walked, the oceans you have had to cross. It encompasses every trickle of sweat and tears that got you here.It cacoons your scars , but when you get to a point of growth its all soothed with the euphoria of having brought yourself to a better place, the ecstatic feeling of turning a weakness into a strength, escaping mediocrity, having created a better you.A shift of dimensions.

"....growth is an erratic forward movement: two steps forward, one step back.Remember that and be gentle with yourself" , wise words from one wise lady, guess l will repeat that for you...be gentle ,be kind with yourself .

Change is inevitable. Without our input the change that usually comes opposes the one hoped for. Things alter for the worst spontaneously, if they be not altered for the better designedly...and this applies to your character, well being, business, spirituality and even your relationships.Work on it and change it before it evolves into an even more complicated monster to tackle.

"...all change is not growth ,just as all movement is not forward" ,work on the right kind of change, its not about noting a change but about noting the right one, only then can it bring birth to growth..

"The greatest solution to all of human problems is individual inner transformation"......

True living is intertwined with your will to grow. We have to note that if we do not change , we do not grow and if we do not grow we aren't really living. It all comes down to choosing to go back to safety or forward towards growth because every success story is a tale of constant adaptation, revision and change.

Growth is all about priorities and approach and making every moment an investment . A growth hacker's true north is growth. Its a way of looking at yourself thats both creative and highly analytical to identify opportunities that can really move the needle. Rergadless of your background or who you were , with the right mindset you can hack your personal growth. It all comes down to being growth focused, authentic ,analytical and innovative with that plan, with that setback.

...while doing all this let not dysphoria be your fuel ,it will enervate you the whole journey and  that will be one tiresome journey to get through.....and the journey is your whole life.

Growth demands a temporary surrender of security,it involves risk, a step into the unknown. The greatest risk there is is our fear, by moving beyond it we step into the most fertile ground ever-the unknown, where growth resides. Its a step out of mediocrity and now we are amaizing!!!

Always choose to grow, the extra mile is a less crowded path which can take you places....
