  • Reach 5,000 points for your application to be reviewed
  • If your application is successful, you are required to redeem 5,000 points ($50 worth of recharges) to access the online training programme.

*Your application will only be processed once you have earned 5,000 loyalty points. You can pay your application fee using your points or via EcoCash.

TRAINING

  • After redeeming your points, you will get access to an online training programme.
  • You will have 3 weeks to study the material.
  • There will be a series of examinations during training and you will be required to score a minimum of 90% for you to progress and enrol into the Elevate Virtual Agent programme.

OFFER

  • If you successfully complete and pass the training, you will receive an email and an SMS with a date to complete a 3-day induction workshop at our offices.
  • Your offer letter, contract and work tools will be finalized during the induction workshop.
  • You will have 3 days to confirm if you are taking up the opportunity.

MONITORING

  • If you successfully enrol into the programme, you will start with out-bound calling.
  • All calls made will be rated by the customers at call end.
  • For the post call survey, you are expected to score a minimum of 80% every day.
  • If you get ratings lower than 80% for 4 consecutive days, you will be required to go through another re-assessment.
  • If you fail to get the ratings up after the re-assessments, you will be barred from making calls and asked to take part in further training.
  • There will be a monthly online assessment, which you will be required to take as the product portfolio is constantly refreshed and again a pass mark of 90% will be required.
  • For all monthly assessments, you will be required to redeem 1,000 points.

IN-BOUND TRAINING

  • After 6 months of out-bound calling, depending on your ratings and performance, you will have another opportunity to start the in-bound training programme.
  • You will also be required to pay a fee of 5,000 points at this stage. 
  • If you successfully complete the In-bound training, you will start doing both out-bound and in-bound calls and have a chance to make even more money!
  • All calls are monitored for quality assurance purposes.

  • Spare Battery
  • Econet LTE Modem

We will assist you to get the loan for the work tools; however, you will need to pay a deposit of $250 and a monthly instalment of $125 for 11 months for work tools.

Expected sales per day = 34
Average commission per sale = $0.82
Average daily commission = 34 x $0.80 = $28
Monthly commission (working 22 days) = $28 x 22 = $616

IN-BOUND

Q: What is In-bound?


A: Answering calls from various customers to assist with various issues that might arise from their user experience

Expected answered calls per day = 220
Commission per call answered = $0.10
Commission per day = 220 x $0.1 = $22
Monthly commission (working 22 days) = 22 x $22 = $484
