Academic and Work Experience Requirements

  • “C” or better in Ordinary Level Mathematics is a must.
  • 6 months to 1 year post school working experience, preferably in a customer services environment is an advantage but not mandatory. 

Personality Competencies

  • Verbal and non-verbal communication skills – ability to articulate oneself clearly and concisely
  • Active listening skills- ability to give reflective responses to customer questions and assure queries are addressed
  • Empathic and understanding of the customer’s situation
  • Ability to handle high pressure environments
  • Clean Police Record.

Professional Competencies

  • Good Computer Skills (Email, Word, Excel & Chat Programs)
  • Good Writing Skills.
  • Fluent in English and Shona or Ndebele
